Services are governed by separate project agreements specifying scope, timelines, and deliverables.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients/Contractors must:

Provide accurate project details and site access.
Comply with safety regulations and permits.
Make timely payments as per agreed schedules.
Notify us of delays or changes promptly.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due per the project agreement (e.g., milestones, advance, or installments).
Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month.
We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment.
Taxes (GST, etc.) apply as per Indian law.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, blueprints, and project documents remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use deliverables only for the contracted project.
Unauthorized reproduction or sharing is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
- Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
- Client-caused delays or site issues.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability per project is capped at the contract value.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep project details, costs, and designs confidential.
Information may be shared only with authorized personnel or legal entities.
Exceptions apply for compliance with laws or public safety.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with:

Written notice (30 days for clients; 15 days for contractors).
Immediate termination for breach, insolvency, or illegal acts.
Post-termination, payments for completed work remain due.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation.
Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration in [City, State] under Indian law.
Courts in [City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
